The Zhuhai City Special Education School's vocational rehabilitation building expansion project, located in the original Zhuhai Special Education School (68 Cuifu Road), is invested by the proxy development unit Zhuhai Municipal Government Investment Project Construction Supervision and Management Center. The project consists of three individual buildings, including the rehabilitation building, cultural and sports complex building, and transformer/power distribution room & generator room. Rehabilitation building area is 10,446.22 m²  with a total of 6 floors; cultural and sports complex building area is 3,498.57 m² with a total of 4 floors; the transformer/power distribution room & generator room construction area is 198.44 m² with one floor. Framework Structure. The construction period is 300 days.

The project started on August 31, 2016 and completed inspection acceptance on September 13, 2017. The construction includes earth excavation and backfill, foundation pit and foundation, main structure, indoor and outdoor decoration works, water supply and drainage works, fire protection engineering, lightning protection engineering, outdoor roads and greening projects.
